Pablo Designs is not just a name; it is light in its purest expression. Founded in 1993 in San Francisco, the company is named after its creator, Pablo Pardo. An industrial engineer of Venezuelan origin, he has remained faithful to his ideology since his beginnings, which can be translated as "less material for a more refined aesthetic that meets the useful character of the object." By challenging traditional creation myths, Pablo develops more practical solutions to restore form and light to their true nature. Each lamp is created to bring light closer to its user and environment. Each object has a unique character that will stand the test of time because it combines originality, manufacturing materials, and finish. A lighting company specializing in refined designs that reinterprets light in all its forms. BEL OCCHIO Lamp and Luminaire
The BEL OCCHIO table lamp by Pablo Designs was created by the Pablo design team and manufactured in the United States. BEL OCCHIO is a fusion of a lightweight table lamp and an ambient spotlight. Weightless, the spherical acrylic shell can gently pivot on its base with a simple touch of the hand. It houses an inner column that tints the light source when lit and channels the powerful beam from the central cylinder to diffuse an exquisite ambient light. This table lamp is also available in orange or white. BEL OCCHIO, a timeless design: a table lamp that can adopt a multitude of directions or a suspended luminaire, both designed to provide comfortable lighting and fuel the imagination.
CIRCA Lamp and Luminaire
When they created CIRCA, the designers at Pablo Studio wanted to create a luminaire that was both innovative and simple. The designers not only created a new lamp but also a new model of indoor lighting. An object that distinctly incorporates the functional task lamp with the ambient lamp diffusing balanced light. CIRCA offers an integrated USB port for table, floor, and wall models. CIRCA is defined by a flat D.E.L. screen disc that fluidly moves around its axis, allowing the light to be moved in an infinite number of directions.
CLAMP Lamp and Luminaire
CLAMP is the natural beauty of wood combined with unwavering technology, uncompromising in its utility. CLAMP was conceived by Dana Cannam, a Canadian product and interaction designer based in the Netherlands. He is interested in the ability of traditional artisans to adapt to the constraints of reality. To ensure durability, the body of the CLAMP lamp is made of American hardwoods. The efficient D.E.L. technology provides an incomparable warm light. Whether it's a floor lamp, freestanding lamp, or desk lamp, CLAMP was created for its versatility and portability.
CORTINA Lamp
A lamp whose presence asserts itself while subtly complementing any space. A static luminaire, a true sculpture that emits seductive light through its transparent surface that seems to embrace the shapes of its environment. A noble, architectural, and adjustable lamp finished with an acrylic shade lined with translucent fabric that diffuses light. The CORTINA lamp is available in heights ranging from 61 – 183 cm (24 in - 72 in).
SOLIS Lamp and Luminaire
Carmine Deganello is an architectural and experimental design specialist based in Milan. To create SOLIS, Carmine used the sun's rays as an archetype. SOLIS is a blend of shadow and light. The result is a bold, simple lamp, an elegant pendant light that can be wall-mounted or suspended from the ceiling to create a special atmosphere. SOLIS is a seductive combination of shadow and light filtered through laser-cut slats. The light born from the structure resembles sunbeams with which shadow plays.
