Please note that most items on our website are not stocked in our Laval warehouse. Each product is specifically ordered from our various suppliers for you. In case of returns, we must cover return fees and associated shipping costs. This is why all products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Following inspection of your light fixture, a refund will be issued for the value of the item, less the restocking fee. All shipping charges on returns are non-refundable.
