Please note that most items on our website are not stocked in our Laval warehouse. Each product is specifically ordered from our various suppliers for you. In case of returns, we must cover return fees and associated shipping costs. This is why all products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- If you wish to return an online purchase that is in new condition with original product tags, protective covering and packaging, and has not been installed, used, or modified, you may return the product at your expense within 30 days of receipt.

Following inspection of your light fixture, a refund will be issued for the value of the item, less the restocking fee. All shipping charges on returns are non-refundable.
