Delivery time depends on product availability. If the product is in stock at our Laval warehouse, your order processing will take 1 to 3 business days.

Since we offer thousands of products, your item may need to be ordered from the supplier, and you will receive it in 5 to 15 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Please note that most items on our website are not stocked in our Laval warehouse. Each product is specifically ordered from our various suppliers for you. In case of returns, we must cover return fees and associated shipping costs. This is why all products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• If you wish to return an online purchase that is in new condition with original product tags, protective covering and packaging, and has not been installed, used, or modified, you may return the product at your expense within 30 days of receipt.
• All fees already paid by the customer for shipping or other charges are non-refundable.

Following inspection of your light fixture, a refund will be issued for the value of the item, less the restocking fee. All shipping charges on returns are non-refundable.
