Returns

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in new condition, uninstalled and in their original packaging.
Write to us before sending anything back: a return authorization number (#RMA) is required.

Return shipping is deducted from your refund, and the shipping paid on the original order is non-refundable. Clearance items and special orders cannot be returned.
